Many jurisdictions require residential property owners to obtain an alarm permit from local law enforcement or municipal authorities prior to central station monitoring dispatch. The customer acknowledges responsibility for registering applicable alarm permits in accordance with local ordinances and paying any municipal false alarm fines levied by local authorities.
4. Customer Equipment & Network Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining reliable high-speed broadband internet connectivity and electrical power to all customer-premises equipment, including video doorbells, PoE routers, and security hubs, unless battery-backup or cellular failover options have been contracted.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our security systems and monitoring infrastructure are engineered to detect intrusions, environmental hazards, and unauthorized perimeter breaches, KATennisClub is not an insurer. Security equipment cannot guarantee prevention of burglary, fire, or vandalism. The customer acknowledges that system performance is subject to environmental conditions, power availability, and communication line integrity.
